The pre-press department offers the whole variety of the pre-press services such as scanning, computer image processing, page layout, color separation, image setting and color proof. We accept files for color separation and image setting in various formats suitable for requirements.  

Scanning

We work with an imported scanner which guarantees a maximum quality of the scanned image. It is possible to scan transparent originals like slides and non-transparent ones, photos and printed materials. The image can be enlarged up to 3000% while being scanned.

Computer processing

We can make the whole projects of books, labels and packing etc. We also can make color correction, additional image processing, retouching, assembling and special effect.

Offset printing

In order to achieve the most accurate results we control these machines by computers. In our production we use different paper from China, Japan, Korea and other countries.

In EAE Production (HK) Limited, you can print the whole variety of graphic products like magazines, books, catalogues, art paper and gift boxes etc.  

Special printing

In EAE Production (HK) Limited, we also make hot foil stamping, embossing and holograms. We use different foils for the hot foil stamping and the standard hologram foils.

The outlook of printings is very important. Our processing projects encompass code printing, up and down pressing, gold blocking and varnishing.  

Binding:

Our services include mode setting, material selection, paper cutting and binding etc. Being simple and efficient is the goal of our service and customer satisfaction is our primary principle. 

Packaging:

Packaging is the crucial stage to produce a perfect product. We provide special packaging service including art paper, packing boxes and labels.
